Driven by CSCs in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Boston, a group of supporters undertook an 18-mile sponsored walk in New York City. The walk kicked off at Inwood Hill Park, with stops at The Parlour Bar, Times Square and Jack Demsey’s before finishing off at a fitting final stop, the Irish Hunger Memorial site in Battery Park.

The main beneficiary of the proceeds raised was a homeless charity in New York City – Coalition for the Homeless – and the remainder of the funds were devoted to supporting those living in poverty in Glasgow.
