Celtic FC Foundation’s latest overseas volunteer trip saw a group of 18 volunteers travel to the Chipata region of Zambia.

Organised in partnership with Mary’s Meals, the group completed renovation work to help improve the learning environment for the children within six schools.

Over the course of ten days working on the ground in Chipata, the group completely transformed six different classrooms by creating ‘talking walls’. Each volunteer also provided gifts for the children which were distributed to the teachers of each school visited, to share among the children.
